Shiny Ideas, Motivation, and Harry Potter

Hey guys! I'm going to Hogwarts! 

In a Facebook group focused on writing consistently and someone mentioned word crawls. If you don't know what they are, it's a writing challenge you work through step by step. Some of it might involve writing as many words in a certain amount of time as you can. Or you might have to write a specific amount of words based on a set of calculations with no set time limit. You can also earn points for completing the challenges.
And there is a Harry Potter themed series of word crawls on the NaNoWriMo website, created by my little bird.
I am psyched to start writing again using these word crawls. Word sprints can usually get me out of a funk, but I have struggled to even get my butt in the chair to start a sprint. 
So with these Harry Potter writing challenges that make writing feel like a game maybe I'll be able to get in the habit again. My kiddos just need to give me a few minutes a day. If I could just get them to nap at the same time...
